David grew the business from a startup to 500+ employees and originated over $15 Billion in loan production, comprised of GNMA HMBS and private label mortgages. The company serviced over 140,000 loans nationally for borrowers over the age of 55. Reverse Mortgage Funding was sold to Starwood Capital Group in 2021.
Prior to Reverse Mortgage Funding, David worked with Cerberus Capital and Light Year Capital on a roll up strategy to purchase a Reverse Mortgage Lender and servicing platform.
In 1994 David Founded and served as CEO of Senior Lending Network, a large lender of Reverse Mortgages. Senior Lending Network was sold to KBC Bank in 2007 providing a 200% IRR to its investors.
Erika is an Executive Mortgage Professional with more than 30 years of multi-industry experience in generating growth and profitability across companies ranging from Top Nationwide Corporations, like Impac Mortgage Corporation to the success of HighTechLending, Inc., which she Co-Founded in 2006. She is known for her dynamic leadership style, having led nationwide sales teams and operations staff towards success through strategic focus and effective execution.
Erika plays a pivotal role as the EVP, Chief Operations Officer and holds a seat on the Board of Directors. Since the inception, she has been instrumental in managing and expanding both Forward and Reverse Mortgage Operations. Under Erika’s leadership, the organization has achieved significant milestones such as revenue growth, cost reduction, risk mitigation and operational efficiency improvements, earning her recognition for her exceptional sales and organizational skills.

Eric is a distinguished leader in the mortgage industry, with over 22 years of experience and 16 years focused on reverse mortgages for seniors. As Vice President of Consumer Direct at Reverse Mortgage Funding (RMF), he built and led a top-performing sales team of 90+ mortgage loan officers, securing RMF’s position as a top three lender and servicer monthly. Simultaneously, he co-led a retail team of 125+ outside originators, further expanding RMF’s market dominance.
Before RMF, Eric propelled Liberty Reverse Mortgage (formerly Genworth Financial) to the number one reverse mortgage retail lender in the nation by establishing a 100+ employee call center and managing 90+ nationwide loan originators.
